I was born and raised in Maldon, and I’ve spent my life in and around the Essex commuter belt. This area shaped my work ethic, my values, and my understanding of how busy modern households really are. I know the pace of life here — the long commutes, the demanding careers, the family responsibilities, and the constant list of things that need doing but never seem to get done. Offering a local service isn’t a marketing line for me; it’s a genuine commitment to supporting the community I grew up in.
My background is in executive‑level operations, where clarity, structure, and discretion are essential. I’ve managed complex responsibilities, coordinated people and projects, and kept systems running smoothly behind the scenes. Those skills translate naturally into the way I now support private households: calm, organised, proactive, and always thinking two steps ahead.
