All conversations, household information, documents, and access details are handled privately and securely. Nothing is ever discussed, shared, or disclosed to anyone outside your household.

Your home is a private space, and I approach it with calm professionalism. Any information I encounter while carrying out my work—whether personal, financial, or household‑related—is treated as strictly confidential.

This includes:

• household routines and schedules

• personal or family information

• documents, mail, and paperwork

• access codes, keys, and security details

• project plans and contractor information

• items being sold or organised

• anything shared during conversations or planning

I do not store unnecessary information, and anything I do keep (such as your address or weekly schedule) is held securely.

Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)

Many clients prefer the reassurance of a formal NDA, especially when I am handling sensitive information or coordinating with trusted tradespeople on their behalf.

I am fully comfortable working under an NDA and can sign one at any stage of our work together. If you do not have your own NDA, I can provide a simple version for your peace of mind.

Trusted Access to Your Home

If you choose to provide access via key, key safe, or alarm code, these details are kept securely and never shared. Access information is used solely for the purpose of carrying out your agreed household support.

I take great care to ensure your home is respected, secure, and left exactly as you expect.

Working With Tradespeople and Third Parties

If I liaise with tradespeople, service providers, or delivery teams on your behalf, I only share the information necessary to complete the task. Your personal details, routines, and private matters remain confidential at all times.
